This project is Designed based on the initiatives of the local Iddirs or Community based organizations (CBOs) and thus consensus has been reached on the ideas of the project components and the needs of orphans in particular and to mitigate the spread of HIV/AIDS in the target Community in general.

- Promoting CBOs role in community sensitization
- Establish a child/ youth center
- Information, Education and Training Service
- Counseling for Children and Young people
- VCT( voluntary counseling and testing service)
- Tutorial Class for orphans
- Recreational Facilities/ Services (Cafeteria, Cinema, Indoor and Out door Entertainment).
